Sustenance

Delicious banana bread, and the boys toys get a second showing with Fiona,Charles plus 'hulk'
My batteries are recharged by the kind wishes, support, prayers etc from friends, family and colleagues, and people I've never met but who have visited the blog.

    Dear Neil,

    A very life affirming Blog! I especially like the bird pictures, but the food pictures are also much appreciated. And, for what it's worth, I have enjoyed your blogs about the NHS. We are so unbelievably fortunate to live in a country where healthcare is a right and not something that has to be earned. In some hospitals things have gone wildly wrong, but the failings have been recognised. In the mean time, let's not lose sight of all the marvellous hospitals throughout this country.

    bird pictures: intend on posting some photos of birds seen from my window

    NHS: I firmly believe that good health ,Mental & Physical are the bedrock on which every individual can live life to the full.
    Where there is disease- impairment- disability- handicap,We need to offer to help and where needed- wanted, step in and give those in need support and help to compensate and build an equal footing ,level footing. What is the alternative? Darwinian survival of the fittest (most psychopathic more like?).Sounds like anarchy to me
